    若い人が特に勘違いしているのは、自分は会社とか仕事から得るものだけ得て、一番得た時点で次のステップに移っていくのがキャリアアップである、と。実はこれ大きい間違いでして、自分が与えたものと相手からいただいたものの中で、相手にあげた方の大きい場合に、次の仕事につながります。これはアメリカとかヨーロッパの契約社会で非常に重要な考え方で、得たものよりも与えたものの方が多いことが大切なんです。それでこの人間は優秀であるという名声が広がって、きちんとしたお給料なり、それに対する対価をいただいて、次の仕事をもらうという仕組みを作るのが、実はプロとして非常に大切なこと。
