    状況を解決するときのアプローチはすっごく大まかに分けると、環境を変えるか、自分を変えるか、の2つがある。で、入社試験や新人研修の時に使う心理テストなんかもそうなのだけど、状況解決を自分自身のみの問題としてとらえ、環境は所与のものとして扱う傾向が強い（日本で世間論や空気論が流行るのもこのあたりが原因だと思ってるけど今は割愛）。

    このパターンは恐ろしく危険で、全ての問題は個々人の態度の修正によって解決されるわけで、環境は変わらないことが前提になる。だから状況は悪化するしかない。
